Meawnhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms may be expected over the rest of the country due to the combined effects of the easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
Possible flash floods or landslides may occur as a result of the said weather conditions.
PAGASA also said that moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough waters may occur over the northern and western sections of Northern Luzon.
The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds with slight to moderate seas.
