Drafted with a sixth-round pick in 2018, the Notre Dame product racked up 328 yards in 12 games and averaged 27.3 yards per game. A high ankle injury sidelined St. Brown in 2019, and after more injury woes last September, he resumed his 2020 season on Oct. 17.
St. Brown didn’t make the final roster cuts this August, but he was resigned to the practice squad a day after cuts to come in clutch in situations like this.
Green Bay Packers upgrade wide receiver Equanimeous St. Brown for MNF against Lions
Because of the upgrade, Equanimeous St. Brown will actually be playing opposite his younger brother, Amon Ra. Also a wide receiver, Amon Ra was selected by the Lions in the fourth round of the 2021 NFL Draft.

Listed as the third receiver and backup punt returner for the Lions, Amon Ra looks to follow a Week 1 performance that gave him two receptions on four targets for 23 yards. Included on 64 percent of snaps, Amon Ra may get even more playing time in an effort to make his own name in the NFL versus Equanimeous.

Finally healthy, Equanimeous hopes to offer another touchdown to follow his singular career touchdown during Dec. 2020. Against the Titans, St. Brown broke for the end zone and nabbed an easy 21-yard catch from Rodgers.

Surrounded by favorites Davante Adams, Allen Lazard, Marques Valdez-Scantling and Randall Cobb, Rodgers has plenty of weapons at his disposal to dismantle the Lions — and give Equanimeous his first NFL victory over Amon Ra.Internet Explorer Channel Network
