The Norwegian authorities have previously approved vaccination of people as young as 12 years of age, but only if they have underlying diseases.
Now, for the first time, healthy 18-year-olds will be offered the coronavirus vaccine.
The 18-24 age group will be vaccinated at the same time as people who are between 40 and 44 years old.
The 25-39 age group will be vaccinated last, the newspaper writes.
