SW Portland's eight most expensive homes sold, Feb. 12-18

A house in Portland that sold for $1.8 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in SW Portland in the past week.

In total, eight residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $680,500, $359 per square foot.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Feb. 12 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

8. $280K, single-family house at 5130 S.W. 49th Drive

The 1,346 square-foot single-family residence at 5130 S.W. 49th Drive has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in February and the total purchase price was $280,000, $208 per square foot. The house was built in 1928. The deal was finalized on Feb. 2.

7. $320K, condominium at 2527 S.W. Spring Garden Street
