Ex-Dodgers star Yasiel Puig was involved in a massive brawl on Wednesday night, as video footage from a baseball game in Venezuela shows.
Puig, 33, played in LA for six seasons, earning an All-Star nod in 2014 and last appearing in MLB in 2019 for Cleveland.
The slugger is currently playing for Tiburones de La Guaira of the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League, and things got extremely violent on Wednesday as he could be seen throwing multiple punches.
It’s not clear why the massive melee began, but things got ugly as the benches cleared and a large group of players clashed, spilling onto a net behind home plate.
Puig swung at several opponents but was also caught with an opponent’s hand which covered his face.

The fight eventually died down and the teams were separated.
Puig is no stranger to violence as he was suspended in 2019 while with the Reds for participating in a fight vs. the Pirates.
The Cuban-born player finished his MLB career with 132 home runs.
He also appeared in the Korean league in 2022 for the Kiwoom Heroes.
