Maxposure shares debut with 339% premium on NSE SME platform

After a bumper response to the IPO, Maxposure shares debuted on the NSE SME platform with a premium of 339.4%. The issue, which was entirely a fresh equity sale of 61.4 lakh shares, received over 900 times subscription at close. The stock was listed at Rs 145 on NSE, compared with an offer price of Rs 33.

The strong buzz created by the SME IPO was not only evident in the subscription figures, but also in the grey market premium for the stock. Prior to the listing, investors were willing to pay a GMP of Rs 70 in the unlisted market.

The net proceeds from the public offer will be used for funding expenses incurred towards various certifications from various regulators, working capital requirements, repayment of debt and general corporate purposes.

The content marketing market size is estimated at $263.09 billion in the current year and is expected to reach $523.45 billion in the next five years, registering a CAGR of 14.75%

The company through its long-standing experience has also been able to diversify its offerings to include a wide spectrum of in-flight experiences, ranging from curated entertainment on IFE systems, on-board communication through hi-tech patented solutions, innovative inflight magazines, sampling on board, and strategic ambient advertising.

Further, it also offers strategic and innovative advertisement platforms to an advertiser to target a flyer at every step of the journey starting from pre-boarding, on-board, and post-boarding.

Maxposure also provides content and digital marketing services for brand placement, growth and efficient audience engagement.

For the period ended September 2023, the company clocked revenues of Rs 20.16 crore and net profit of Rs 3.70 crore.
