Another 345 new cases of Covid-19 have been recorded in NSW.
There were also five deaths in the latest reporting period.
The new figures came from more than 76,000 tests and marks a slight dip on Thursday’s 372 case numbers.
Earlier on Friday morning Qantas boss Alan Joyce and NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet revealed when the commercial carrier would be returning to the skies internationally.
Several routes are planned to started earlier than originally scheduled, with many kicking off in December – including flights to the Indian capital for the first time in a year.
