‘Ah, Kerry Katona what are we going to do with you?’ as my mother would say. The mum-of-five has revealed that she broke her foot last year but has been walking around on it ever since.
Now I’m no doctor, but that doesn’t sound like the best thing you could do for an injury like that. Showing off a picture of the badly swollen trotter, (that just happened to have hair stuck to the sole) Kerry revealed that it can feel like agony to walk on.
The simple solution to that issue is to, well, not walk on it but the former Atomic Kitten singer decided to go a step further than that attempting to do yoga.
Sharing a video of her post-workout attempt Kerry can be heard saying: ‘So I’ve just tried to do some yoga and last year I went over on this foot, I don’t know if you can see the swelling.
‘I only found out the other week I’ve actually broke my foot and I’m supposed to be having physio on it but I don’t have time to myself to get it done.
‘I think you can actually see it’s really painful.’ She continued her little venting session by saying, ‘But I’ve just got to carry on because I’ve got a show rehearsal thingy-bobby today so I’m just going to leave that for now and hobble around.’
‘Sometimes it feels ok and then depending on the weight I put on the foot and the angle it really bloody hurts!! But I just want to say it goes to show my work ethic!! Broken foot or not. You cannot say, I’m not a bloody grafter,’ Kerry added.
This is just another addition to Kerry’s list of bad luck as she opened up recently about being diagnosed with lipoedema which has caused her to develop ‘lumps throughout’ her body.

According to the NHS, lipoedema is ‘a chronic condition of fat and connective tissue which builds up in your legs, hips, bottom and sometimes arms,’ leaving the patient with the fatty lumps that Kerry described.
Yet despite everything she has going on, the former Big Brother hasn’t stopped to take a break as she posted a clip of herself doing vocal warmups with the cast of her latest project.

Kerry, it might be the right move to start making time for those physio appointments…
