Parts of Hout Bay will experience electricity interruptions today as part of planned critical maintenance to be conducted at the major Bisschop electricity substation in the area.
CITY OF CAPE TOWN ISSUES STATEMENT
In its statement, the department said teams will be carrying out important maintenance on critical power infrastructure to ensure a reliable electricity supply for residents in the area.
‘The City apologises for any inconvenience caused,’ department added.
Residents are also advised that electricity supply could be restored at any time and customers should treat all electrical installations as live for the full duration of the interruption.
