‘Nirvana’ suggests homebuyers to buy a house in this good time with supports from LTV measures and low interest rates

Thailand’s property market is now improving considerably after the easing of Covid-19 crisis. This period is considered a good time for homebuyers who want to buy a house for their own residential purpose or for investment as housing remains an important necessity for people.

Moreover, consumers have changing behaviors as most of them have been working from home since the arrival of Covid-19 pandemic, so there is strong demand for a residential unit with more space and proper functions to suit the work-from-home culture. Besides, the government has imposed some measures to revive the property market, which was hit hard by the Coronavirus crisis. Among supporting measures come Bank of Thailand’s measures to relax the loan-to-value (LTV) criteria to allow homebuyers to borrow up to 100% until the end of 2022, low mortgage rates, and a temporary reduction of housing transfer and mortgage fees. All of these make the property purchase an attractive investment alternative for investors and it’s a good time for homebuyers to buy a house for their own use before the end of the year.

‘Nirvana’ suggests homebuyers to buy a house in this good time with supports from LTV measures and low interest rates

Mr. Sornsak Somwattana, Chief Executive Officer of Nirvana Daii Plc or ‘NVD’, said it’s now a good time to buy a house as there are supporting government measures while the company’s ‘Pay Less, Get More’ campaign allows potential homebuyers to own a house easier. This campaign running until 31 December 2021 will reduce monthly installment to as low as 10,300 baht per month for the 24-month duration and offer a cashback worth up to 3 million baht. Homebuyers will pay only a half when they make a house reservation and buying contract and will not pay any fee when they have an ownership transfer.

Furthermore, all Nirvana’s houses in every project have uniqueness of design and function, which are modern and flexible and could adjust space to cater the need of customers. With the ‘Natural Modern’ design, residents will be very close to nature while living in the house. Under the ‘Living Revolution’ concept, Nirvana’s house will focus on quality, design, and function, which will truly serve customer requirements. Currently, Nirvana brings eight ready-to-move-in projects with unit prices from 8.9 to 40 million baht to join this special campaign including 1) Nirvana Beyond Rama 9-Krungthep Kreetha; 2) Nirvana Beyond Bangna @U Park; 3) Nirvana Beyond Rama 2; 4) Nirvana Icon Pinklao; 5) Nirvana Element Bangna; 6) Townhome Nirvana Define Srinakarin-Rama 9; 7) Nirvana Home Office @Work Ladprao-Kaset Nawamin; and 8) Nirvana Home Office @Work Ramintra.
