The Dallas Stars aren’t ready to call it a year just yet.
Joe Pavelski scored the game-winning goal in overtime as the Stars fought off elimination with a 3-2 victory over the Vegas Golden Knights in Game 4 of the Western Conference final on Thursday. Pavelski’s marker came on the power play just over three minutes into the extra frame.
Jason Robertson found the back of the net twice for Dallas, while Jake Oettinger stood tall in the crease with 37 saves.
William Karlsson and Jonathan Marchessault provided the offense for Vegas, while Adin Hill stopped 39 of 42 shots.
Game 5 is set for Saturday in Las Vegas.
More to come.
