He recently welcomed his first child with partner Stacey Dooley.
And the sleepless nights seem to be taking a toll on former Strictly Come Dancing professional Kevin Clifton, who looked tired as he left a café in Essex on Thursday.
Kevin, 40, who became a father to Minnie in January, cut a casual figure for the outing, sporting a grey tracksuit and clutching a takeaway coffee.
The dancer, who is currently touring in Strictly Ballroom: The Musical, complemented his dressed-down look with a black puffy jacket.
He looked pensive as he strolled out of the café, also donning a pair of white trainers.

Kevin toted his essentials in a black backpack and was seen signing an autograph for a fan.
It comes after Kevin shared a sweet snap of Stacey Dooley and Minnie as the TV presenter celebrated her 36th birthday.
Stacey wore a casual and comfortable outfit, with a caramel-coloured hoodie, mom jeans and trainers in the snap posted earlier this month.
Her auburn hair was pinned back as her fringe framed her face as she held her daughter, who faced away from the camera, in her arms.
Baby Minnie wore adorable little boots on her feet – matching the tangerine bag draped over Stacey’s shoulder.
Kevin wrote underneath the picture: ‘Happy birthday my girl @sjdooley. The most wonderful and beautiful girl in the world.
‘Enjoy today, u deserve everything. Love u so much, Kev and Minnie.’
He followed the sweet message with a heart, balloon and mouse emoji for Minnie.

Kevin was away for Stacey’s birthday due to a busy schedule for Strictly Ballroom – The Musical, but still managed to arrange surprises for his partner.
Stacey posted a story with a card from her daughter reading ‘Mummy’ from daughter Minnie.
‘BEST Bday card EVSSSSSSS’ she wrote, alongside a series of crying emojis and mouse emojis, a reference to her daughter Minnie and Minnie Mouse.
Kevin also arranged for a brilliant set of personalised balloons reading ‘STACEY’ in capital letters as a thoughtful gesture in his absence.
‘Not with my @keviclifton today… but he knows I LOVE balloons for any occasion,’ Stacey wrote on Instagram.
‘Wish you were here… we miss youuuuu.’
Stacey and Kevin announced their pregnancy news in August by sharing a snap of the documentary maker cradling her bump with Instagram followers.
She wrote at the time: ‘Gaaaaaaang… We are having a baby! So bloody delighted. Kev, you’re magic, I love youuuu.
‘(Was becoming impossible to hide and if one more person asks me if I’ve had my tits done in LA I’m gonna scream). Here goessssssss.’

Clifton also shared the same picture and wrote: ‘We’re having a baby! And I think my girl @staceydooley looks beautiful pregnant.’
Dooley appeared on The One Show just days later, where she admitted to being thrilled by the prospect of becoming a mother for the first time.
‘I’m delighted, I can’t quite believe it,’ she told host Ronan Kemp after he congratulated her.
On Valentines Day, Stacey gave fans their first glimpse of Minnie – appearing to have a change of heart about shielding her baby away from being online.
She shared a sweet video of Clifton cradling their newborn daughter.
The professional dancer looked overcome with emotion as he held Minnie in both hands, her back strategically facing Dooley’s camera as he attempted to make her laugh.
Captioning the post, she wrote: ‘My Valentines. The loves of my life. I dunno what I did to get SO lucky. To the best dad and man in the world ….. happy vally’s darlin. Ps….. you’re on nights when u get home from tour.’
The couple met on the sixteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2018, which they won.
The award-winning documentarian confirmed their romance back in April 2019 as she finally went Instagram official after weeks of speculation, and four months after winning the show.

Kevin was previously married to fellow Strictly pro dancer Karen Hauer, who he split from after three years of marriage, and a year prior to meeting Stacey.
Prior to Karen, Kevin previously married Clare Craze in 2007 after meeting two years before in a salsa bar. They split in 2010.
Stacey, who was awarded an MBE in 2018 for services to broadcasting, makes documentaries for BBC Three about social issues, including child labour in developing countries.
In 2018 she also published a book, Stacey Dooley: On The Front Line With The Women Who Fight Back, which became a bestseller.
