Baby Reindeer leads TV list with 22 million views
The most watched English series on Netflix was once again Baby Reindeer. The true-life drama series came in first place with 22 million views in its third week on the charts. Since its debut in early April, fans have been interested in the British comedian’s portrayal of being stalked by a female fan for several years. For comparison, the supernatural series Dead Boy Detectives debuted in second place with 3.1 million views.
Previous number one titles Guy Ritchie’s gangster series The Gentlemen remained in fifth place with 2.3 million views in its eighth consecutive week. While the sci-fi drama 3 Body Problem dropped down to sixth place with 2.2 million views in its sixth week.
Laapataa Ladies debuts with 2.2 million views
The rural comedy Laapataa Ladies, produced by Aamir Khan, debuted in fifth place with 2.2 million views. Other Indian titles were also spotted on the Films (Non-English) list as Yami Gautam starrer Article 370 came in third place with 3.7 million views. Varun Grover’s directorial debut All Indian Rank also debuted with a respectable 1.1 million views and entered the charts in 10th place.
