Opposition Leader Peter Dutton has roasted the Greens for “grandstanding again” during the Senate inquiry into supermarket giants.
The Coles and Woolworths CEOs were grilled over price gouging on Tuesday.
The Opposition Leader admitted he “hasn’t seen the footage” of the inquiry yet.
“But from what has been explained to me, you’ve got the Greens grandstanding again and trying to hijack a process which is actually about trying to find answers to questions that people are legitimately asking,” Mr Dutton said during a media conference on Tuesday.

“There are many legitimate questions to ask, but if this is just a political media stunt by the Greens, then that’s not going to be of any help to families whatsoever.”
