KAJANG – The identity of a high-ranking individual in the Community Communications Department (J-Kom) nicknamed Mr H has been revealed to the police.

J-Kom former director general, Datuk Dr Mohammad Agus Yusoff, informed the press after giving his statement at the District Police Headquarters (IPD) here.

“I have revealed who Mr H is and answered what should be explained to them (investigating officers) for further investigations.

“I have also filed a police report against a TikTok user, Raja Petra Kamarudin, who uploaded a video of the initial police report so that personal information was exposed, which I think endangers myself and my family.

“It is quite impossible how he (Raja Petra) can get this report in full, and I have requested for the police to do an internal investigation,” he said on Monday.

Last Friday, Mohammad Agus and J-Kom assistant officer Abdul Wahab Abdul Kadir Jilani denied that they had had an obscene conversation via video call in a press conference.

Both had claimed that the recording of the video was without audio.

Wahab said that the three-minute video was edited content and a conspiracy by an individual called Mr H to bring down the credibility, image, and dignity of Mohammad Agus.

Following the press conference, Agus lodged a police report regarding the matter.

The case is being investigated in accordance with Section 500 of the Penal Code and Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act of 1998.
