MANILA, Philippines: Parts of Manila will experience power interruption on Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2024 due to the ongoing line reconstruction work in Tondo, according to the Manila Electric Company (Meralco).

From 12:01 a.m. to 1:30 a.m., the following areas will be affected:

-part of Velasquez Street from First Tondo Complex to Velasquez Infanta Bridge;

-part of Ugbo Street from Velasquez to Jacinto Street, including Varona Street;

-part of Vitas Street from Ugbo to Vitas Bridge, including Urban Deca Homes, Vitas Cockpit Arena, Vitas Skate Park & Aquatics, Vitas Meat Slaughter House, and Veterinary Inspection Board;

-part of Roxas Street from Jacinto Street to Bonifacio and J.P. Rizal Streets;

-part of Mel Lopez Blvd (R-10) from Bonifacio Street to Fernando Magallanes Street, including Petron Gas Station and Tondominium.
