Oasis could potentially reunite at Etihad Stadium, the home of band members Noel and Liam Gallagher’s favourite club Manchester City, according to reports.
The Sun reports that there are rumours of a potential reunion for the band in 2025, with the football ground being floated as a suggested venue option.
A source told the publication: ‘Liam loves football, and reuniting the band at his favourite stadium would be a dream come true.
‘It’s still very early days and the proposed dates are a long way off, but if all the members agree to do it, music history will be made.’
It comes after Liam told fans he would reunite with Noel and Oasis if Manchester City win the Champions League.

However, Noel insisted his brother doesn’t really want an Oasis reunion as he berated him for being ‘full of s**t’ in scathing comments.
The singer, 56, criticised his brother for being disingenuous to their longtime fans after Liam, 50, teased the possibility of getting Oasis back together.
It is the latest dig in a recent war of words which has seen Noel brand his brother a ‘coward’, before Liam hit back on Twitter and called his sibling a ‘b*****d’.
Proving they are very much still feuding, Noel slammed his brother for being ‘full of s**t’ by saying he wants to get Oasis back together, telling him to ‘f**king call then’.
He told The Sun: ‘I’m busy for the next year and a half with my album but anyway, Liam is full of s**t.
‘He knows as well as I do that he doesn’t want it either, what he does like doing is making me look a c**t.
‘He’s being ingenuine [sic] to his beloved Oasis fans who put him where he is today, go f**king call me then.’
Noel insisted his phone has remained silent and nobody has got in contact with him about a reunion, doubling down on his claims that Liam is the one preventing it.
He claimed his brother doesn’t want to stand in the same room as him as he dashed fans’ hopes of an Oasis reunion any time soon.
Noel said his friend, Blur’s Damon Albarn, has put a bet on Oasis reforming after Blur’s reunion at Wembley Stadium, but Noel insisted that won’t be the case.
The star, who is set to release his new album Council Skies on June 2, also told how he was urged to mend his relationship with Liam for the sake of his mother Peggy.

However, he insisted it has nothing to do with his mother and says she knows not to get involved, as he and Liam are both adults.
His latest set of scathing comments come after he called Liam a ‘coward’ in a recent interview with talkSPORT and blamed him for the lack of an Oasis reunion.
He said: ‘I put [a reunion] out there … I mean, he should call me. He’s forever going on about it, you’d have thought by now he’d have some kind of plan.
‘And if he’s got a plan he should he should speak to me. He won’t speak to me because he’s a coward.
‘But he should get some of his people, his agent, to call my people and say, ‘look, this is what we’re thinking’ and then we’ll have a conversation about it. Until then, he’s a little bit disingenuous.’
But a furious Liam took to Twitter to respond to his claims, saying: ‘I don’t wish AIDS on people I turn up and play the MUSIC for the people of MANCHESTER who have just had a terror attack while you sit on your dingy sipping champagne and you got the audacity to call me a COWARD sit down you b***end.’
Liam was referring to a 1995 interview where Noel said he hoped charts rival Damian Albarn from Blur would ‘catch Aids and die’.
He also accused Noel of neglecting to play at a tribute concert for the 2017 Manchester arena bombings.
One fan maintained hope that Liam could get in contact with his brother, saying: ‘I take it you won’t be phoning him then,’ to which he responded: ‘R u taking the p***.’
But all hope was not lost as another asked: ‘Reunion is off I take it?’ with Liam replying: ‘Why say that?’

Infuriated: But a furious Liam took to Twitter to respond to his claims, showing that their rift is very much still alive
Liam also raised fans’ hopes of an Oasis reunion when he declared all would be forgiven if his beloved team Manchester City win the Champions League.
‘If Man City wins the Champions League I call my brother and I bring back the f***in ban together LG x,’ he posted on social media.
Rock band Oasis initially consisted of Liam Gallagher, Paul Arthurs, Paul McGuigan and Tony McCarroll – with Liam’s older brother Noel later joining as a fifth member.
Oasis split in 2009 when a backstage altercation at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris resulted in Noel announcing his departure, citing irreconcilable differences with his brother Liam.
The animosity between Liam and Noel has persisted long after the break-up of Oasis and they have subsequently traded many insults in public.
However, The Sun also claims that the brothers have been continuing the public barbs because they enjoy upping the ante.
Their latest set of scathing comments come after speculation surrounding an Oasis reunion has been ramping up.
It was claimed an idea was put forward by Liam’s agents Wasserman for four huge concerts to take place at the 125,000 capacity venue Knebworth in Hertfordshire in 2025.
The reported gigs would be the first time the band has played together since V Festival in the summer of 2009.
Brothers Liam and Noel performed in front of 250,000 at Knebworth in 1996, and Liam returned to the location to take to the stage for 170,000 in 2022.
Meanwhile, Noel split from his wife Sara Macdonald back in January, which also added to the speculation.
It prompted fans to wonder if the Oasis brothers will heal their feud and reform after Liam previously claimed Sara was the one stopping them reunite.

Noel and Sara tied the knot in 2011 in a £60,000 ceremony at the Lime Wood Hotel in the New Forest, with guests including Russell Brand watching on – but Liam said he wasn’t invited.
He told the Chicago Sun Times: ‘He goes on about how he wasn’t invited to my wedding.
‘No one was at my wedding but Nic’s [wife Nicole Appleton] mum and my mum. Get over it, mate. I’ve not been invited to his wedding.’
Liam famously doesn’t get along with Sara and has had a slew of public rows with the PR executive in the past.
