Moving on from Scandoval! Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix reveals FIRST LOOK at Lifetime movie role where she plays police officer

Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix will play the role of a police officer in a Lifetime film titled Buying Back My Daughter, and promotional shots have been released of her efforts in the movie.

The film role for Madix, 37, comes as she’s been in the headlines for months after her longtime boyfriend Tom Sandoval, 39, cheated on her with her costar on the Bravo reality series, Raquel Leviss, 28.

The Melbourne, Florida native was seen in a pair of photos released by Lifetime Wednesday promoting the movie, which is set to be released this autumn, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Joining Madix in the cast of the forthcoming film directed by Troy Scott include Meagan Good, Roger Cross and Faith Wright.

The storyline of the motion picture is centered around a married couple (Good and Cross) searching for their 16-year-old daughter Alicia (Wright) who goes missing.

Alicia sneaks out of the home to attend a party and winds up ensnared in a human trafficking ring.

Madix’s character, Officer Karen, is involved in the probe to locate Alicia, and is personally tied to the investigation.

Barbara Marshall penned the script for the Lifetime film, which Good, Orly Adelson and Allen Lewis are executive producing, with Charles Cooper as a producer.

Madix has been able to capitalize on the publicity resulting from the scandal, as she’s inked promotional sponsorships with companies such as BIC, SoFi, Lay’s and Bellesa Boutique, THR reported.

Madix has been a regular on Vanderpump Rules since 2013, appearing on 146 episodes of the Bravo hit.

Her past acting credits consist of roles on shows such as Waking Up with Strangers, Anger Management, Paradise City and The Other Two, as well as the 2018 Vivica A. Fox film Dead End.
