CBSE CTET 2024 January admit card, exam city slips to be out soon
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will release the exam city information slips and admit cards of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test or CTET 2024 January examination soon on the official website, i.e., ctet.nic.in as per leading media reports. However, the official confirmation regarding the admit card, and exam city slips is still awaited. This year, the CTET exam is scheduled to be held on January 21, 2024.
CTET 2024 DETAILS
The exam will be held in two shifts from 9:30 am to 12 pm, and the second one is from 2:30 pm to 5 pm. After downloading the admit card, candidates should check and verify their personal details. In case of any error, they should report it to CBSE.

STRUCTURE OF EXAM
The Central Teacher Eligibility Test is structured with all questions being Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), offering four alternatives for each, amongst which one is considered the most appropriate answer. Each question in the test carries one mark, and it’s important to note that there is no negative markings.
It is divided into two papers to cater to different teaching aspirations. Paper I is tailored for individuals aspiring to become teachers for classes I to V, while Paper II is designed for those aiming to teach classes VI to VIII.
This format ensures that the test comprehensively assesses the candidates’ suitability for their respective teaching levels without penalizing them for incorrect responses.
