All inbound lanes of the Eastex Freeway just outside the 610 Loop were shut down Monday night due to a deadly crash.
Authorities said the crash involved a vehicle and a pedestrian.
According to Houston TranStar, it happened at about 7 p.m.
Details of the crash were not immediately available.
The freeway ended up being shut down until about 10:30 p.m.
