Mauricio Pochettino open to joining 'great' Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou in Sweden

Chelsea head coach Mauricio Pochettino has joked that he would be open to joining Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou in Sweden, where there is no VAR.
Postecoglou has been outspoken in his criticism of VAR in the Premier League this season and was left was left aggrieved after Sunday’s 3-2 loss to Arsenal.
Following the north London derby, Postecoglou jokingly said that he’s going to move to Sweden after the introduction of VAR was rejected in the country.
Pochettino was asked if he would like to join Postecoglou in his press conference on Wednesday and said: ‘Maybe, why not?’
Chelsea host Pochettino’s former club Spurs at Stamford Bridge on Thursday and the Argentine is fully aware that it will be highly emotional occasion for him.
‘I think it was special when we played there [away earlier this season],’ he added.
‘Tomorrow is a different thing. It is always emotional but I cannot hide my emotions for the club and it is going to be emotional because when you face your former team and the history was good, for those you remember.

‘But as I told you before, it is 90 minutes and we want to win.’
Pochettino is a huge fan of Postecoglou and has lauded the Spurs boss as he said: ‘I think he recovered the hope for the club and the [Tottenham] fans.
‘They are playing very good football. It is always difficult when you arrive to a new country and the challenge is massive, but I think he is doing a great job.
It was a tough game [against Tottenham earlier this season] because they started really well.
‘We needed some luck. So many things went for us. I hope the positive things will be on our side tomorrow because for us, the three points are really important.
‘I remember [the Battle of the Bridge in 2016] really well. My memory is good. It was a really tough game, a difficult night. We needed to win and Chelsea were an experienced team with Fabregas, Hazard – what a team, no?’
