Man City XI vs Wolves: Confirmed team news, predicted lineup, injury latest for Premier League today

Manchester City have no lingering injury worries ahead of today’s Premier League meeting with Wolves.
Ederson is back fit and should return in goal following a shoulder injury, while both Phil Foden and Ruben Dias have shaken off illness and are in contention to feature this afternoon.
Pep Guardiola’s side know they must keep winning to topple Arsenal in a thrilling title race, with four more victories enough for City to get their hands on the Premier League trophy for the fourth season in a row.
Foden and Dias were not involved in the win over Nottingham Forest last time out, with illness keeping the pair out, but nearly a full week has been enough for them to recover and they are expected return to the squad at the Etihad Stadium today.
City’s only injury concern was Ederson, who was forced off at half-time against Forest with a shoulder issue, but Guardiola offered a positive update at his pre-match press conference on Friday.
“[It] looked worse [than it was],” Guardiola said. “He trained yesterday, he looks good.”Guardiola has plenty of options at the back, with John Stones in contention for his first appearance since the FA Cup semi-final win over Chelsea, while at least one of Nathan Ake and Manuel Akanji look set to drop out, assuming the in-form Josko Gvardiol keeps his place at left-back.
Erling Haaland made his return from injury when coming off the bench to score against Forest and Guardiola confirmed he is now fit enough to start.
