The attack took place near Southwest 36th Street and County Line Road on Wednesday
By the time police arrived, pastor Michael Coghill was left bloody and with a black eye and his skull fractured.
Coghill, 33, was charged with indecent act to a child and is currently in custody at the Oklahoma City Detention Center after the recording was shared with police.
Cops have not said whether the dad will face charged over the attack.
According to News9, the incident took place near Southwest 36th Street and County Line Road on Wednesday.
“There’s hardly any words that are camera appropriate. It’s just sickening,” witness Lisa Ward told the network.
“He knew the time he would be there every day. That was the hardest part, the most disgusting part.”

The boy had told his parents he had seen Coghill jogging in the area several times before the bus stop attack.
Sgt. Dillon Quirk with the Oklahoma City Police Department said: “While he was watching the school bus stop, our suspect ran by him, ran past the bus stop where the children were waiting. Turned around, came back and stopped where he touched the child.”
The victim's dad rushed out of his and tackled Coghill to the ground and began beating him.
Coghill, based at Lakehoma Church of Christ, was not a resident of the neighbourhood where the bus stop is.
A statement on the church's website read: “We were heartbroken to learn of the incident involving one of our adult ministers, and our hearts go out to the child and family involved.
“We were shocked at this news as he had a clean background check, and we have received no reports or claims against him during his tenure.
“Church leadership has no tolerance for any type of abuse and is meeting tonight to discuss next steps. We will cooperate with authorities as needed.”
Police said Coghill is a minister at a church in Mustang
