The Defense Forces have eliminated another 1160 Russian invaders in the past day, bringing the total losses of the Russian army in personnel since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine to approximately 416,800 soldiers. Ukrainian soldiers have also destroyed another aircraft and 16 enemy tanks, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022, to March 3, 2024, are approximately as follows:
・personnel: around 416,800 (eliminated 1,160);
・tanks: 6,640 (destroyed 16);
・combat armored vehicles: 12,639 (destroyed 28);
・artillery systems: 10,188 (destroyed 35);
・MLRS: 1,003;
・SAM systems: 696;
・aircraft: 347 (destroyed 1);
・helicopters: 325;
・UAVs of operational-tactical level: 7,843 (destroyed 14);
・cruise missiles: 1,915;
・ships/boats: 25;
・submarines: 1;
・automotive and tanker equipment: 13,332 (destroyed 65);
・special equipment: 1,620 (destroyed 3).

Frontline situation as of March 3
Previously, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in their morning update that there were 71 clashes on the front line over the past day. They also mentioned that the enemy is actively attacking in the Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Novopavlivka directions.
It was also noted that the Air Force of the Armed Forces struck 8 areas where the enemy’s personnel were concentrated. The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shot down a Russian Su-34 fighter bomber. In addition, missile units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine targeted 1 enemy artillery piece.
