Jinger Duggar has once again showed she isn’t afraid to break away from her family’s strict rules by boasting her figure in pair of white jeans.
The 30-year-old abandoned her conservative ways in the tight pants – after previously discussing her family’s ‘cult’-like beliefs and admitting she thought she would ‘killed’ if she stepped out in anything other than a dress.
She took to her Instagram Story on Wednesday to boast her physique in a snap as she showed off her form-fitting outfit of white jeans and a black top.
Jinger shared the picture with her fans before revealing that she and sister Joy-Anna were heading to the mall together – just a week after the sisters revealed what the holidays are like in the Duggar family.

For the occasion, Jinger completed her outfit with a brown sweater and sneakers and had her long brown curly hair tied in a low pony tail.
Her ‘rebellious’ ensembles come after she revealed she thought wearing something other than a dress would cause God to be ‘so disappointed’ that he would bring ‘harm’ to her.
She laid bare the lasting trauma of her incredibly-strict upbringing, revealing that she was left ‘crippled with anxiety’ and ‘terrified of the outside world’ as a result of the rigid ‘cult-like’ rules she was forced to follow as a child in an interview with People.
Jinger was raised by her parents Jim Bob, 58, and Michelle Duggar, 57, who were both devout followers of the Institute in Basic Life Principles – a denominational Christian organization that acts as an umbrella organization for other ministries and was established by shunned minister Bill Gothard.
Jinger noted that Gothard’s teachings were ‘based on fear and superstition.’

The 30-year-old explained that growing up under the rules that told her she had to wear a dress no matter the occasion and left her scared to make a mistake
Jinger admitted that it left her questioning what God actually wanted from her.
She believed that she would be ‘harmed’ if she strayed from the rules or made a mistake.
The 30-year-old explained that growing up under the rules that told her she had to wear a dress no matter the occasion left her scared to make a mistake.
‘I thought I had to wear only skirts and dresses to please God.
‘Music with drums, places I went or the wrong friendships could all bring harm,’ Jinger told People.
She revealed that she believed that she would be ‘killed’ if she didn’t constantly follow the IBLP rules.
Jinger added that the strict directions included in the teachings – which see followers avoiding dancing, kissing, hugging, hand-holding, to name a few – left her ‘crippled with anxiety’ and ‘terrified of the outside world.’
She hinted that her parents didn’t agree with her newfound freedom.
The TV personality said that she ‘understands’ they are on their ‘journey’ but that she is on hers and they can come to ‘different conclusions,’ after recounting the instance she told them she would be wearing pants.

And Jinger isn’t the first Duggar to go against her family’s beliefs and made the switch to pants.
In their 2014 memoir, Growing Up Duggar, authors Jill, Jinger, Jessa, and Jana Duggar explained the mindset behind their family’s dress code.
‘It’s okay to enhance or accent whatever beauty God has given us, but we try to be careful not to wear clothes that are too tight and draw attention to the wrong places,’ they wrote.
‘But this does not mean we go out dressing frumpy or trying to look formless. Clothing can be cute, trendy, and stylish, and still entirely modest.’
Since then, the women have reevaluated their stance on attire and almost all of the daughters have decided it’s acceptable to wear pants now.
