Actress Madhoo had been MIA from the Hindi cinema for quite some time. She was busy working in South movies and doing shows for OTT platforms amid her hiatus from the world of Bollywood. But soon, we will get to see Madhoo in a Hindi movie, alongside actor Shreyas Talpade. They will star in Kartam Bhugtam, which focuses on the spiritual world and is based on a true story.
In an exclusive interview with ZoOm, Madhoo spoke about making a comeback in Bollywood and her role. And as the conversation advanced further, we also asked Madhoo about her upcoming projects.
Spilling the beans, the actress shared that she will soon be seen playing a ‘warrior’ in a Pan-Indian movie which will be released in five different languages. Dropping more details about the exciting project, she revealed that the movie will feature Akshay Kumar and Prabhas in lead roles. This is the first time we will see a collaboration between Khiladi Kumar and Baahubali.
For the unversed, Akshay had confirmed the news about his Tamil debut along with director Vishnu Manchu, which is titled as Kannappa. The director had taken to his X handle to share the news with the audience. His tweet read: “The Kannappa journey just got more thrilling as we welcome the superstar Mr. Akshay Kumar to the Telugu Film Industry. Thrilled to announce his debut in Telugu cinema with Kannappa. Get ready for an unforgettable adventure.”
Madhoo is quite excited to be a part of the movie.
The actress, who will be working in Kannappa, featuring Prabhas and Akshay, also showed interest in doing a role like that of Deepika Padukone’s in Fighter. Madhoo further said that she would like to play a royal queen in a Sanjay Leela Bhansali movie.
