Love Island star AJ Bunker took to her Instagram on Friday to reveal the secret boob job she recently had done.
The former Love Island star, 28, shared the stunning snap with her followers and opened up about her journey when it comes to aesthetic treatments.
AJ – whose full name is Andre Jane – appeared in season 7 of the ITV reality dating show, however, since appearing on the show, she has claimed that looking back at her promo picture has ‘haunted’ her.
In the stunning snap, which AJ shared with thousands of her followers, the beauty can be seen donning a peach-coloured bikini top that highlighted her bust.
She captioned the first snap with ‘Spot the difference’ and then proceeded to post another snap of her Love Island promo picture where she can be seen with a relatively smaller bust.

The beauty then continued to comment on the Love Island promo picture by saying ‘Still to this day my Love Island photo haunts me!’
She continued: ‘The reason for this post is I want to show that not all aesthetic procedures need to look overfilled or fake (which I truly learnt the hard way).
‘I can’t stress enough the importance of finding a good aesthetician, who you can trust with your face. Someone who isn’t scared to tell you no or whether you’re going too far’ She said.
She also touched on how important it is to find an aesthetician that only wants to make small tweaks.
AJ added: ‘Someone who only wants to make small natural looking tweaks and understands you and your goal.’
She also went on to praise her aesthetician by tagging the aesthetic doctor in her caption.
She said: ‘@drroshofficial is honestly the best, he makes me feel so comfortable, whether it be for cosmetic reasons or medical, I feel like I can talk to him about anything and everything and he always exceeds my expectations.’
She continued: ‘In fact the first time I went to him, I cried, I had gone on such a journey with having things I had done to myself and having them reversed. I was having a mental battle with myself feeling pretty and wanting to go back to feeling more natural. He honestly gave me that confidence back.’

She then added how grateful she feels to now have a good cosmetic doctor in her life.
AJ said: ‘If you go to this man, you’ll never look back! So happy and grateful to have him in my life! Appreciate you and your amazing work @drroshofficial.’
In the same carousel post, AJ also took up the opportunity to give fans a glimpse of her getting botox and lip filler treatments done by Dr Rosh claiming that it was ‘pretty much pain-free’.
To finish off her post the beauty said ‘P.S: Please ignore the swelling at the end of my video on the last slide, the 1st image is the results, once all swelling/bruising had gone down.’

The secret boob job reveal comes after AJ was kicked in her intimate area and scratched on the face by Playboy bunny Carla Howe in a vicious brawl at the VIP Celeb MMA Party in London earlier this month.
And Immediately after the fight broke out, the Love Island star told MailOnline she would ‘kill’ the 31-year-old as well as break her nose, and ‘smack out’ her teeth during their planned fight at Wembley’s OVO Arena in June.
The event occurred in front of a crowd at Clapham’s Lit Bar, where AJ was seen pushing the influencer, who retaliated with the shock move before the pair were prised apart by Sky Sports’ Johnny Nelson, who presented alongside Lisa Maffia.
She soon branded Carla ‘trashy’ and vowed to ‘finish her in the ring’, adding that her contender – who claims to have punched Ashley Cole in 2015 – had ‘fuelled’ her to win the match and that the scrape ‘stung’.
After the ferocious tussle, AJ’s name was chanted by the audience before she and Carla were forced to awkwardly pose face-to-face for a photo, with Big Brother’s Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace accompanying Carla.

Showing her nick to MailOnline for an exclusive photo, she said: ‘This girl’s trashy as hell, save it for the octagon. Not only kicked me, she scratched me in the face as well, it stings.
‘My initial reaction was, “You know what? I’m calm and composed but I’m gonna finish her in the ring.” If she wants to show herself up and show how trashy she is, they can do that because what name were the crowd chanting? Mine, exactly.
‘Did anyone else get an encore? That just says it all doesn’t it is? It just shows what kind of person she is and what kind of person I am. What was going through my head is, “You’re your own worst enemy.”
‘She’s fuelling me even more to wanna kill her in that ring. She’s either getting knocked out or tapped out and it’s not gonna be a very long fight cos I’m gonna go all in.
‘There’s nothing but pure aggression. I would never go out to hurt anyone but if they come after me, I’m gonna protect myself, I’m gonna not lose in this fight.

‘I was already putting in more work than her. She didn’t even turn up to training anyway. I’ve spoken to producers and people that are training her and after 30 seconds, she blows out and she’s like, “I’m not doing this, I’m done.”
‘But I’ve been doing additional sessions with other coaches as well cos I’m dedicated. My mindset is winning this fight… hers isn’t.
‘So yeah it’s just gonna fuel me even more. She’s in trouble, she’s in big trouble. She was in trouble before but she’s in even bigger trouble now. I feel sorry for her, actually, I don’t, she’s getting what she deserves.
‘She deserves everything she gets, and I don’t apologise for possibly breaking her nose or smacking her teeth out.’
Following the scuffle, Carla shared some video footage to Instagram, writing: ‘I’ll Let you start all my opponent does it stalk my page thanks add Some More views Hun.
