HDC Hyundai Development Co., a major property developer, is offering a studio apartment with 1,020 units in the multinational corporate district of Cheongna International City in Incheon.

The units will go on sale Dec. 1, under the brand “I Park” that has raised consumer awareness, preference and brand value over the years.

The new I Park studio apartment consists of two towers, each with 48 floors, including six stories underground.

Some units have are noted for their oceanfront views.

The apartment is touted for its “convenience in living,” considering it is surrounded by two major projects in Cheongna International City ― Hana Financial Town and a medical complex.

Scheduled to open in 2025, Hana Financial Town will be on 246,671 square meters of land, and will be new home for Hana Financial Group, one of the country’s major banking group, as well as its affiliates. Among them are Hana Bank, Hana Financial Investment, KEB Hana Card and Hana Life Insurance.

Carried out by a consortium led by Asan Medical Center, the construction of the medical complex is scheduled to be complete in September 2023.

Starfield shopping mall and Costco retail discount store are set to open the vicinity of the apartment in the coming years.

Regarding access to transportation, the apartment is walking distance from Cheongna International City Station on the Airport Railroad Express (AREX).

An extension planned for Seoul Metro Line 7 is set to begin construction this year, which will save commuters 20 to 30 minutes on the trip to Express Bus Terminal in southern Seoul.

Additionally, the apartment will be located closed to a new Line 9 station, which also will be a transit point for AREX.

The studio apartments target newlywed couples and families with two to three children.

Some units will be equipped a terrace of “considerable size,” that can be used for gardening, exercise and other outdoor activities.
