Lok Sabha Elections 2024 | Congress Chief Mallikarjun Kharge Writes To PM Modi About His Speech
Congress president Mallika Arjun Kharge has written to the Prime Minister where he has raised questions on the prime ministers election campaign speech. Malik Arjun Kharge has said and I quote that there is a lot of desperation and worry in you which is leading you to use language that doesn’t suit the office of the Prime Minister. So interesting bit of news coming in with Karke writing to the Prime Minister questioning his election campaign speech. Pallavi Ghosh joins us for more on this Pallavi. So which election campaign speech is Malika Arjun Khadge referring to and what are the objections that he is raising to the prime ministers speech? Its a very long letter which is written to the PM and a very, very scathing attack on the PM basically is referring to the letter which was written by the Prime Minister to all the NDA allies. He is giving a point by prawn rebuttal to all the points to the claim that his government that the Congress party wants to remove the reservations and giving it to one community which is a Muslim community. He named that lie. He talks about a lie which according to Mr. Karghi is being peddled by the BJP that if the Congress comes to part there will be an inhalant tax. He says no, this is something which your government thought about. He says that we don’t do any kind of, you know, reservations or changes in the whole structure. It is the BJP LED government which has not been very well equipped as far as said, for example taking on the Chinese. He gives a detailed account of what the Congress manifesto is all about. South Natnath Avantika essentially a point by point rebuttal coming in from the top itself to try and set the narrative that the BJPS campaign led by the team is just a bunch of nine. And this was to come a long time ago, right? We saw this coming. Mallika Arjun Karge has been making his dissatisfaction and displeasure on the Prime Minister well known and its interesting that he uses this chance to talk about the congresses claims of government silence on Chinese invasion as well. Well, you know, I mean one of the hallmarks again of the Modi government has been is robust foreign policy and that that is something which was a weak spot, you know, and the PM refers to that, you know, the acts of terror and so on and so forth, which is why the Congresses are part of its target strategy. Avantika wants to pick a hole in that thing. Its not such a robust or strongman Superman kind of a foreign policy which the Modi government claims to be. That’s one. Second, another interesting point which I found out is that talking about the lower voter percentage, he says is very clear that there is no taker for the BJPS, lies and the strategy. And that’s the reason that people are no longer enthused to go out and vote for them, right? Pallavi, thank you so much for joining us. Some more breaking news has.
