Ospina Posse llega al Viceministerio tras la salida de Diana Marcela Gómez por varias diferencias con las políticas implementadas en el Ministerio.

La nueva viceministra es politóloga de la Universidad Javeriana y trabajó con la ministra de Ambiente, Susana Muhamad, como asesora.
