Asegurar una pensión no es solo esperar un cheque mensual cada mes, si no también conseguir una mayor suma para vivir tu retiro de una manera cómoda y sin complicaciones; en este sentido una buena cantidad podrían ser $24,000 pesos, pero ¿cómo ganarlos?

Para garantizar un ingreso cómodo durante tus años de jubikación, es necesario saber qué pasos debes tomar y que requisitos debes cumplir para obtener una pensión mensual de $24,000 pesos en caso de que pertenezcas a la Ley del 73 del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS), sin que tengas que recurrir a la Modalidad 40.

Para averiguar que es lo que necesitas, el IMSS tiene una herramienta que nos ayuda a saber cuánto necesitamos: se trata de la Calculadora de Retiro del IMSS, que te permitirá estimar tu pensión. En este caso, consideraremos el ejemplo de un trabajador bajo la Ley 73 del IMSS, contemplando una jubilación a los 65 años.

¿Cómo obtener una pensión de $24,000 del IMSS (bajo la Ley del 73)?

Imagina que eres una persona de 59 años que ha cotizado 1820 semanas desde 1988. Esto implica una vida laboral prácticamente corrida, con apenas tres semanas sin empleo en casi 36 años. Además, debe tener un salario mensual de $22,000 y solo cuenta con un beneficiario: un cónyuge, ya que tener más dependientes puede aumentar el porcentaje de pensión que recibes.

Con ese salario promedio mensual, en caso de jubilarse por Cesantía en edad avanzada, a los 60 años ganarías el 75% del total de tu pensión, que son $16,412 pesos cada mes, esta cantidad aumentará con los años que esperes:

  • A los 61 años: $18,057
  • A los 62 años: $19,770
  • A los 63 años: $21,553
  • A los 64 años: $23,404
  • A los 65 años: $24,420

Te en cuenta que cada año que esperas para jubilarte agrega 52 semanas más a tu cotización.

El cálculo se basa en una asistencia equivalente al 15% según el Artículo 164, Fracción IV de la Ley del Seguro Social de 1973. Además, anualmente, en noviembre, se realiza un pago equivalente a un mes de pensión como aguinaldo.
