A murder investigation has been launched after a 33-year-old woman was stabbed to death in southeast London.
The victim was found with stab wounds on Penhill Road, Bexley – a quiet residential street – on January 16.
She was rushed to hospital but sadly died of her injuries days later on January 23.
The News Shopper reported that the victim has been named locally as Lelia and tributes left at the scene of the stabbing describe her as a ‘loving mum’.

Tony Curant, 33, of Penhill Road, was arrested on January 20 and charged a day later with attempted murder.
He appeared at Bromley Magistrates Court on Monday, January 22 where he was remanded in custody.
He is due to appear at the Old Bailey on Monday, February 5.
Lelia’s family have been notified and are being supported by specialist officers. A postmortem is also due to take place.
Candles, bouquets of flowers and handwritten notes have been left at the scene of the incident.
One note reads: ‘So heartbreaking. I am so sorry this has happened to you.
‘Sleep tight and may you rest in peace.’
Another said: ‘You will always be remembered for the loving, brilliant mum you are. We will never forget you.’
