$700K for luxury downtown living: Plus 97 more Onondaga County home sales

The Onondaga County Clerk’s office registered 98 home sales during the week of Feb. 11 to 17.

The most expensive home on the list is a luxurious fifth-floor condo in downtown Syracuse. The home, located in the Mission Landing building in Franklin Square, is a 2,021 square feet condo with a view of the city and many amenities, including indoor parking with a car wash, fitness center and tennis courts. Inside, there are cathedral ceilings, a gourmet kitchen and master suite.

A real estate website indicates it was listed for $455,000, but the sale price, according to Onondaga County records, was $700,000. See photos of the home and the area around it.

All sales listings are obtained from public records available at the Onondaga County Clerk’s office.
