Kehadiran murid ke sekolah lebih 85%, Dewan Rakyat diberitahu
© Provided by Free Malaysia Today Kira-kira 8,000 sekolah rendah dan menengah di kawasan yang berada bawah Fasa 4 PPN telah dibuka semula dengan 4.2 juta murid menghadiri sesi persekolahan secara bersemuka.

KUALA LUMPUR: Purata trend kehadiran murid ke sekolah melebihi 85% sejak ia mula dibuka semula pada 3 Okt, Dewan Rakyat diberitahu hari ini.

Menteri Pendidikan Radzi Jidin berkata, ini menunjukkan pembukaan semula sekolah diterima baik oleh ibu bapa dan murid.

“Ia membolehkan guru melaksanakan program intervensi (susulan sekatan penuh Covid-19) dan kementerian begitu komited dalam memastikan sekolah dibuka dengan selamat,” katanya.

Beliau menjawab pertanyaan Abdul Latiff Abdul Rahman (PN-Kuala Krai) mengenai perkembangan terkini operasi sekolah di seluruh negara yang mula dibuka bulan lepas.

Radzi berkata, Kementerian Pendidikan (KPM) telah merangka pelan komprehensif berdasarkan pandangan daripada guru besar, pentadbir sekolah, ibu bapa dan badan bukan kerajaan (NGO) bagi memastikan sekolah berada dalam keadaan paling selamat ketika wabak.

“Maklum balas daripada pihak berkepentingan adalah positif dan KPM akan memantau situasi di sekolah,” tambahnya.

Kira-kira 8,000 sekolah rendah dan menengah di kawasan yang berada bawah Fasa 4 Pelan Pemulihan Negara (PPN) telah dibuka semula dengan 4.2 juta murid menghadiri sesi persekolahan secara bersemuka.

Hanya sekolah menengah yang mencapai kadar vaksinasi pelajar 90% dibenarkan dibuka semula.

Radzi berkata, setakat ini, hanya empat sekolah yang belum mencapai kadar tersebut.

Bagi sekolah rendah katanya, sebanyak 10% murid akan menjalani ujian air liur RTK Covid-19 secara rambang memandangkan mereka belum diberi vaksin.
