NEW DELHI: Cody Rhodes shocked the wrestling community by announcing the imminent return of Randy Orton. The Viper is set to make his comeback at Survivor Series: WarGames, creating a buzz among fans and wrestlers alike.
After RAW concluded, Drew McIntyre, who has a storied history with Randy Orton, took to Twitter to share an old photo capturing a tense face-off between the two formidable opponents. Alongside the image, McIntyre penned a cryptic message directed at his former rival.
“Hello darkness, my old friend #SurvivorSeries,” McIntyre tweeted.
The photo shared by McIntyre harks back to their intense rivalry, reigniting speculation about the dynamics between the two at Survivor Series: WarGames.
Not too long ago, Orton and McIntyre were embroiled in a fierce feud. In 2020, McIntyre made history by winning the WWE Championship from Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 36. The Viper, in turn, emerged victorious against McIntyre inside Hell in a Cell, claiming the coveted championship.
