Katie Price was caught out for allegedly using her son Harvey’s Blue Badge to park her boyfriend’s car in a disabled space for a meal out – she could face a £1,000 fine.
The famous mother-of-five displayed her son’s badge, who turns 21 next week, on the dash of her boyfriend Carl Wood’s SUV, according to the Mirror.
The 44-year-old glamour model was allegedly spotted committing the criminal offence while she was out for a family meal celebrating her 45th birthday at Donatello’s in Brighton.
The couple, who confirmed they were back together in April, where with three of Katie’s children – Bunny, eight, Jett, nine, and Princess, 15, who was with a boyfriend.
Harvey – who is autistic and was born with a rare genetic disorder – was not seen with them in the car.

After a meal at Donatellos she headed back to her car with her daughter Princess, 15, who was joined by a male companion, her son Jett, 9, and younger daughter Bunny, 8. Harvey, 20, was not seen getting in or out of the vehicle

Misusing a disabled badge is a criminal offence, punishable by a fine of up to £1,000.
During the same outing she also risked a fine as she appeared to travel with four children in the back of a five-seater car.
The government website states: ‘You’re only allowed 1 person in each seat fitted with a seat belt.
‘You can be fined up to £500 if you don’t wear a seat belt when you’re supposed to.’
During the outing Katie looked casual in cream tracksuit and chunky boots, while Carl wore tight jeans and a blue hoodie.
It comes just a few months after Katie was slammed by campaigners for driving her £60,000 Hummer in flimsy sliders.
Katie has racked up a string of driving offences and has been banned several times.
Last year she was handed a 16-week suspended jail sentence when she admitted to drink-driving after flipping her BMW on its side on a country lane near her home in West Sussex.
The reality star is also facing a bankruptcy hearing to answer questions over her £3.2million debts which she has allegedly dodged five times.

Disability campaigner Dave Thompson MBE tole the Mirror: ‘The information provided when a Blue Badge is issued is clear that it is for the sole use of the person named on it.
‘There aren’t enough Blue Badge car parking spaces and any misuse limits that availability further.’
The personality star is now reportedly launching a new reality TV series to document her surrogacy journey to become a mother to her sixth child.
She previously revealed she has been trying for another baby but that she is now looking to turn to surrogacy.
She has reportedly already found someone who could carry her baby after telling the Turning Adversity Into An Asset podcast that she doesn’t think she could carry her baby herself.
She said: ‘I have got a surrogate, I haven’t got any eggs anymore, I’m 44, I want another baby so what am I supposed to do? I can’t pop it out.’
When host Lewis Raymond Taylor asked who would be having the baby, Katie said: ‘I have got this lady, it will be my egg – she’s been a fan of mine for years and she does do surrogacy.’
