10 Wochen Ferien für Lehrlinge!

Ausbildung statt Ausbeutung: Unter diesem Motto hat die Juso an ihrer Delegiertenversammlung am Wochenende eine Resolution verabschiedet, die bessere Arbeitsbedingungen für Lehrlinge fordert.

Die Jungsozialistinnen und Jungsozialisten fordern einen Mindestlohn von 1000 Franken im ersten Lehrjahr, einen jährlichen Teuerungsausgleich, einen einfacheren Zugang zu Stipendien und eine bessere Betreuung in der Lehre. Ausserdem sollen Lernende zehn Wochen Ferien pro Jahr haben. Heute haben Stifte unter 20 Jahren Anspruch auf mindestens fünf Wochen Ferien.

Zu viele Lehrlinge würden schlecht bezahlt und schlecht betreut, hiess es zur Begründung. «Eine Lehre soll nicht eine Möglichkeit sein, junge Menschen auszubeuten ohne eine gute Ausbildung anzubieten», schreibt die Juso in der Resolution.

Weitere Forderungen gestellt

Zugleich forderten die Juso die Regulierung und letztendliche Zerschlagung von ausbeuterischen Arbeitsverhältnissen wie etwa bei Uber. Zur 13. AHV-Rente müsse eine 13. IV-Rente kommen, lautet eine weitere Forderung der Jungpartei.

Bei der Abstimmung vom 9. Juni empfiehlt die Juso ein Ja zur Prämienentlastungs-Initiative ihrer Mutterpartei und ein Nein zur Kostenbremse-Initiative der Mitte. In den verabschiedeten Resolutionen rief die Partei zu einem Stopp der militärischen Zusammenarbeit mit Israel auf und forderte ein Ende der Ausbeutung im Ostkongo, ein Verbot von Konversionsmassnahmen sowie ein Nein zum Freihandelsabkommen mit Indien.
