Johnson: We need to invest in rehab to help drug users

Boris Johnson says “everybody who knows about drugs crime will tell you” there needs to be more investment in rehab to drive down crime. He argues, however, that the government also “need to come down hard” on county-lines gangs preying on drug addicts and “blighting” people’s lives.
