Rebel Wilson gives an inside glimpse into the AACTA Awards and reveals where the Aussie celebs know where to sit ahead of her hosting gig

Rebel Wilson has given a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the AACTA Awards as she prepares to host Saturday night’s star-studded awards ceremony.

The comedian, 43, has jetted to the Gold Coast for the prestigious ‘Oscars of Australia’, where a whole host of Australian TV and film talent will be recognised.

The glitzy affair will take place in Surfers Paradise at the Home of the Arts (HOTA) for the first time ever, after the Gold Coast wrestled the ceremony away from Sydney in a three-year deal.

And Rebel has given an inside glimpse of what happens behind the scenes ahead of the ceremony, taking to Instagram on Friday night to share videos of the auditorium.

She gave her 11million followers a look around the modern stage where she will be hosting, before revealing to fans how the A-list stars know where to sit on the night.
