SERVICE-MILITAIRE1-900×600
The military service census operation for 2024 was officially launched on Friday and is scheduled to conclude on April 29th. The initiative aims to identify and enlist eligible individuals for military service in the upcoming year.
Authorities from prefectures, provinces, and sub-prefectures nationwide are actively engaged in the printing of census notices and notifying potential participants. The designated period for citizens to complete the census form online through the official website (www.tajnid.ma) extends from March 1st to April 29th, 2024.
The Central Commission for the military service census recently convened a crucial meeting in Rabat. The focus of the meeting was to establish criteria for determining the eligibility of individuals to fulfill military service obligations for the ongoing year.
This preparatory meeting aligns with the directives of HM King Mohammed VI, the Supreme Commander, and Chief of the General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR). These directives emphasize the adoption of necessary measures for the integration of the upcoming conscription promotion, scheduled for September 2024.
During the meeting, the Central Commission meticulously outlined the criteria required to determine the count of individuals eligible to participate in the military service census. This determination is based on data compiled by the Ministry of the Interior.
As the Central Commission concludes its work, finalized lists of individuals called to fulfill military service obligations will be released. These lists will be organized according to the respective prefectures, provinces, and sub-prefectures to which the individuals belong.
