Sunday’s trial, Gross Vegas, was tackled by Naughty Boy and Matty Lee, who bagged six stars for camp.

The gruesome challenge – Naughty Boy’s 7th of the series – involved the DJ, 40 and the Olympic diver, 23, working their way through four Las Vegas-themed games in a bid to earn stars for camp.

Matty was dealt the hand of eating two servings of turkey testicles after landing on this symbol twice during the trial’s rendition of Russian (Rotten) Roulette.

Dec reminded him prior to the round that he had to spin twice, to which Matty replied: ‘That’s good, two chances of eating a penis.’

The pair struggled during the second round, which saw them covered in castle critters as they attempted to find three jokers out of a pack of 300 playing cards. They only retrieved one.

Naughty Boy earned two stars for the third instalment at Gross Vegas, which was dubbed Snake Eyes.

The Grot Machine is what the campmates faced last, where they were drenched in fish guts, offal and gunge as they tried to catch coveted stars. They only caught one out of four stars for this round.

‘I washed my boxers and now look!’ Naughty Boy joked at the end.

Danny then joked: ‘If David Ginola asked me to marry him, I’m sorry Steph, but the wedding venue’s booked. It would be a great wedding as well. Imagine the people that would come to it. Yeah, it’s tempting.’

While Danny professed his love for David, the former Newcastle United player was washing up without a top on.

Simon, singing the James Bond theme, said: ‘They’re looking for a new Bond, we’ve got him, Mr Ginola is James Bond.’

The men then treated the group to their own hilarious rendition of The Full Monty, which had the camp in stitches.

A poignant moment saw Snoochie open about her facial birthmark and she revealed she was worried people would think she was a ‘catfish’ after covering it up for social media photos for so long.

A catfish is when you present to be different online to what you are in real life.

The radio presenter, 29, told Naughty Boy and Frankie Bridge: ‘One of my main things coming in here, and I said it to my mum and the guy I’m seeing, ‘I think people are going to think I’m a catfish. I’m not going to look like my Insta.’

Sad: She said: ‘One of my main things coming in here, and I said it to my mum and the guy I’m seeing, ‘I think people are going to think I’m a catfish. I’m not going to look like my Insta’

She went on: ‘Insta is your best angles, you’ve got sick lighting, you’ve got make-up on. I don’t edit my face, but obviously I’ll put like… if I’ve got spots I hide it, with my birthmark I cover it with make-up.’

Snoochie’s birthmark is underneath her right eye.

Snoochie confessed: ‘I muted [the word] catfish on my Instagram. You know where you can mute words? This is the first time I’ve shown people my birth mark and stuff.’

Frankie then spoke in the Telegraph: ‘I think Snoochie came in here thinking her birthmark was an imperfection. I don’t think she could be any further from the truth.’
