Travis Barker wasn’t going to let Melbourne’s soaring temperatures ruin his style on Monday when he stepped out to enjoy some sightseeing.

The blink-182 drummer, 48, dressed head-to-toe in heavy black clothing despite the sweltering heat.

With the city reaching a top of 36C that day, Travis wore a black hooded jumper with the spiked hood over his head and long black denim overalls.

He completed his look with a pair of black framed sunglasses and carried a plastic water bottle in one hand.

Dedicated vegan Travis was leaving popular vegetarian restaurant Vegie Bar, located in Fitzroy, before heading to a MMA fight store in the CBD.

The outing comes after his band mates Tom DeLonge and Mark Hoppus slammed one Aussie city during their tour Down Under.

The pair took aim at their Perth fans while performing in Adelaide, complaining to the audience about the ‘disappointing crowd’ in Western Australia.

The moment was shared to TikTok in a 20-second video.

‘We had to go to f***ing Perth before coming here!’ bassist and vocalist Mark said. ‘Get f***ed, mate!’

Guitarist and vocalist Tom chimed: ‘They don’t caress women there! They don’t do s**t! They don’t have emotional bonds…’

blink-182 hit out at the ‘unenthusiastic’ Perth crowd on their first night in the city.

‘Mark was roasting the crowd all night saying no one knew the songs,’ one TikTok user wrote alongside a video.

‘I’m so embarrassed people didn’t know the songs,’ a fan then commented.

‘The crowd was so disappointing I felt so bad for blink travelling so far for such an unenthusiastic crowd,’ added another.

blink-182 continue their Australia tour in Melbourne on Tuesday at Rod Laver Arena, after Mark, Tom and drummer Travis touched down in the city on Monday.

They perform another show on Wednesday before jetting to Sydney for two back-to-back shows on Friday, February 16 and Saturday, February 17.

After that, the trio head to Brisbane for three sold out gigs, before coming back to Sydney and Melbourne for newly-added shows at the end of the month.

blink-182, who last toured in Australia in 2013, will then jet to New Zealand for their shows in Auckland and Christchurch before continuing the rest of their World Tour.

During their last visit Down Under, drummer Travis did not join the band due to his fear of flying, which stemmed from being a passenger in a fatal plane crash in 2008.

Brooks Wackerman, of Bad Religion and Avenged Sevenfold, filled in on the sticks.

At the time, the band said they attempted all measures to help Travis get over his fear of flying, but ultimately had to make the trip without him.
