Hyundai E&C said Tuesday it will begin the sales of homes at an apartment complex in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province, in December.
The apartment complex, named “Hillstate Pyeongtaek The First,” is comprised of 17 buildings housing a total 1,107 units. Units come in eight different sizes ranging from 59 square meters to 84 square meters.
The company said the new apartment complex, situated in Seojeong-dong of the city, will be a suitable choice for people who are searching for new homes due to the area’s varietous existing infrastructure. Given there will be a new industrial complex built nearby, the company added the new complex is expected to gain a lot of attention from consumers.
“Buyers can enjoy the convenient living infrastructure after moving in. Within a 1-kilometer radius, both Songtan Station commercial district and Seojeong-dong commercial district are located, as well as various convenient facilities such as banks, hospitals and movie theaters,” the company said.
The new Hillstate complex could be a good choice for families with children as there are good educational facilities nearby.
“Two elementary schools, one middle school and one high school are located within 500 meters and Songtan Station, a station on Seoul Metro Line 1, is 800 meters away as well as parks,” the company said.
As an entrance to the Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway is close to the complex, the new apartment taps into a wide-ranging transportation network that enables convenient movement to other regions. It is also easy to enter the Gyeongbu Expressway that connects Seoul and Busan through the Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway.
For people who put importance on future value of the apartments, Hyundai E&C said Hillstate Pyeongtaek The First will be a good investment destination because of planned large-scale developments near the complex such as the expansion of Samsung Electronics’ chip factory and the establishment of the Pyeongtaek Brain City General Industrial Complex.Internet Explorer Channel Network
