Noah Cyrus is 'very loyal' to father Billy Ray following his divorce from her mother Tish - as singer, 24, faces new feud claims with her mom

Her parents ended their marriage over two years ago, but Noah Cyrus has remained ‘very loyal’ to her father, Billy Ray Cyrus.

Billy and Tish Cyrus officially divorced after 30 years of marriage in 2022 and have since moved on with new partners, but now an insider has given insight into Noah’s relationship with her father.

‘Noah is very loyal to Billy Ray,’ a source told People. ‘She and Billy Ray have always had a really close relationship.’

The former spouses share five children together: biological kids Miley, 31, Noah, 24, and Braison, 29, as well as Brandi, 36, and Trace, 34, Tish’s daughter and son from a previous marriage, who Billy Ray adopted.

Billy Ray also shares a son, Christopher, 31, with his ex, Kristin Luckey.

The insider also shared how the split had impacted their children: ‘Their parents’ separation was really hard, but it was also long overdue.’

The Cyrus family have been ripped apart by a mysterious family feud in recent years, after Noah and her brother Braison were noticeably absent from Tish’s wedding to Dominic Purcell last year. Several other family members, including Miley Cyrus, were in attendance.

But Noah kept busy on the big day by spending time with her brother, Braison. She took to Instagram to share moments from their day together, including an excursion to Walmart while sporting a Billy Ray Cyrus shirt.

In another sign of Noah’s close relationship with her father, in 2022 the duo collaborated on a track for her album, Noah (Stand Still).

The rumored family rift also extends to Miley – who notably left her father out of her Grammys acceptance speech earlier this month. The father-daughter duo’s relationship reportedly became shaky following Billy Ray’s split from Tish.

An insider told Page Six shortly after the Grammys earlier this month that Billy has ‘tried reaching out to Miley many times’ and also ‘congratulated her’ on the Grammy wins.

The latest update comes amid a bombshell Us Weekly report claiming Tish had ‘stolen’ her husband Dominic Purcell from Noah.

Matriarch Tish – who suffered a ‘complete psychological breakdown’ before her divorce from Billy Ray Cyrus – notably tied the knot with the Prison Break actor, 54, in August 2023.

However, while some family members, including daughter Miley, were present for her wedding to the Australian actor, Tish’s daughter Noah and son Braison were absent from the nuptials – fueling speculation of a rift at the time.

An insider made shock claims about what really sparked the fall-out, telling the outlet: ‘Noah was [seeing] Dominic when Tish started pursuing him,’ adding that Tish ‘was aware’ of this when she began to contact the star.

‘The turmoil between Noah and Tish goes far beyond [what people think]. Noah is very distraught over Tish stealing Dominic from her.’

The couple eventually said ‘I do’ in August 2023 – but both her daughter Noah and son Braison were not in attendance – and the Us Weekly source has now alleged that the All Falls Down songstress wasn’t actually invited.

The wedding was held at Miley’s lavish Malibu mansion, and the insider claimed that the Grammy winner had guards stationed outside in case Noah did attempt to show up.

Following the recent shock claims, a source told DailyMail.com that Noah and Dominic never had a romantic relationship.

‘Noah never dated Dominic and they were not together. She is delusional to think otherwise and is trying to create a narrative that will paint her as a victim,’ the insider said.

In regards to the wedding, the source added that, ‘Noah was not invited’ and ‘she would not have come even if she was. Tish wanted a peaceful wedding and did not want Noah to create any sort of scene.’

‘Noah has always craved the attention because she did not get it growing up. Tish was always so Miley-sided because that is where the money was.’

‘Miley and Tish are like sisters and Noah has always been envious of this because she’s never had a connection with Tish like Miley has.’

A separate source told DailyMail.com, ‘Tish and Dominic are all in with each other and Noah and Dominic never even had a thing going on and think that it is ludicrous that people would think Tish stole Dominic from her daughter.’

‘Tish and Miley are both the same person and that is why they get along with each other so well, but that also leads to the rest of the family to not get along all the time. They both love hard and get very emotional when love goes off the track.’
