Chinese manufacturing giant, Huawei, held a new product conference where the company released a couple of devices. The protagonist of this event was the Huawei nova 10 series. However, the company also released new colour options for the Huawei P50 Pocket, Huawei Tag and other devices. One such device is the Huawei Watch Fit 2 smartwatch. This new device from Huawei comes with a 1.74-inch AMOLED screen and the initial price of this watch is 799 yuan ($119). According to reports, the Huawei Watch Fit 2 1.74-inch display supports 336 x 480 resolution and 336 PPI. This new smartwatch also supports press-type strap quick-release technology.
Huawei Watch Fit 2 comes with the HarmonyOS 2.1 operating system. This device also supports Bluetooth calls, audio independent playback and can store up to 5,000 songs. Furthermore, with the HarmonyOS ecosystem, users of this watch can download rich applications.
In addition, the watch supports an optical heart rate sensor, intelligent heart rate detection, and all-weather blood oxygen monitoring. This device also supports sleep detection and other health features. For positioning, the Huawei Watch Fit 2 comes with Beidou, Galileo, and quasi-zenith positioning systems. This device also supports 5ATM waterproof and dustproof, Bluetooth 5.2, and NFC. To keep its lights on, this smartwatch comes with a 292 mAh battery. According to the company, the battery lasts for 10 days for normal use and 7 days for heavy use. In terms of charging, this device also supports 5W magnetic charging.
Huawei Watch Fit 2 – available in different styles
Huawei Watch Fit 2 has three different styles and this device is currently on pre-sale. This device will officially hit the market on July 8.
- The dynamic model can choose from three silicone straps: Magic Night Black, Cherry Blossom Pink, and Island Blue. The price is 899 yuan ($134), and the starting price is 799 yuan ($119).
- The fashion model is available in nebula gray and moonlight white leather straps. The initial price is 999 yuan ($149) while the regular price is 1099 yuan ($164).
- For the elegant model, it is available with two metal straps in frosted silver and gilt gold. The starting price is 1199 yuan ($179) but the regular price is 1299 yuan ($194).
