The Southeastern Conference women’s basketball schedule continues on Thursday night in Baton Rouge with the LSU Tigers hosting the Auburn Tigers for a tangle between two identical mascots.

The LSU brand of Tigers, who are the reigning national champions, are currently ranked No. 13 in the nation as a result of a 22-4 record overall and a 9-3 tally in SEC play. The home squad has won four in a row since a midseason skid that saw the Bayou Bengals drop two in a row at the end of January.

The Tigers from nearby Alabama are pretty mediocre, with an overall 16-9 mark along with a 5-7 conference record that has them in the lower third of the league. Auburn lost the last game against its in-state rivals, the Alabama Crimson Tide, and has otherwise been on a teeter-totter of success lately.

The LSU Tigers will host the Auburn Tigers on Thursday, Feb. 22 at 9 p.m. ET / 8 p.m. CT.

LSU might not be quite on the tier it was on last season but Angel Reese is still on the roster bringing the pain for her opponents. This a game that the home team has to win to keep afloat among the top programs in the country so expect plenty of fireworks from Kim Mulkey’s crew.

At the time of publication, the cheapest available tickets for the LSU Tigers vs the Auburn Tigers are $8.

If you’re looking for a more luxurious experience, the most expensive ticket would only cost you $286.
