The Cleveland Browns have not released their new logo and helmet yet, but the cat is well out of the bag at this point.
First, it was former running back Eric Metcalf who posted pictures of the new helmet and logo on X (formerly known as Twitter) before quickly deleting the post. Now, Fanatics has released new Browns merchandise, and all of it features a new, old logo with the white facemask on the apparel.
The Browns have not worn white facemasks on a full-time basis since 2006, but a move back toward their traditional look is a move back in the right direction. The white facemasks have been a featured look as an alternative option for the Browns over the past two years, but it is officially time to say good riddance to the brown facemasks and the matte orange finish to the helmet.
Look good, feel good, play good. Right?
