Gwyneth Paltrow is well used to being in front of the cameras but she has appeared frustrated to be filmed in court.
Her lawyer has complained about the camera attention being placed on her in the Utah courtroom after her ski lawsuit trial kicked off.
Her attorney Steve Owens said he was ‘mad’ that she has been harassed by reporters as she entered and exited the Park City courtroom.
‘This has been a problem, for instance, reporters being in front of my client’s car going out yesterday… cameras in her face,’ the lawyer told judge Kent Holmberg.

He said that the inclusion of a new court camera was a ‘violation’ of court decorum.
The actress and Goop CEO, 50, has found herself accused of fleeing a skiing accident scene after allegedly plowing into another skier from behind.
The man suing her, 76-year-old retired optometrist Terry Sanderson, said that Gwyneth crashed into him in February 2016 on the beginner’s slopes in Park City Utah, leaving him with serious injuries.
The court heard Terry describe the actress as heading ‘recklessly’ down the slope before she knocked him down leaving him sprawled out in the snow.

Instead of checking on him and offering help the man has alleged that Gwyneth skied away leaving him to find his own help. Terry later said he went to the emergency room only to find out he had suffered broken ribs and a concussion.
Terry described the incident as ‘a hit-and-run ski crash at Deer Valley, Utah’ where the actress allegedly ‘skied out of control and hit’ him in the back in his 2019 lawsuit.
Originally he was planning to sue the actress for $3 million (€2,785,350) but has since dropped the figure to $300,000 (€278,535).
His legal team argued that the incident had caused him to suffer serious physical injuries and emotional distress and was a result of negligence of the ski slopes according to AP.

The victim’s friend and ski companion Craig Ramon testified Tuesday, stating that he was nearby at the time when he saw Paltrow hit Terry, causing Terry to fall face down.
While Gwyneth agrees that the two collided but turned things around saying that it was his fault and that members of her skiing group had checked on him and he had said he was fine.

Terry claims he has no knowledge of this ever happening. The 50-year-old is now counter-suing for her attorney fees and $1 million in damages.
According to AP, she is also claiming that he actually caused the collision, resulting in a ‘full body hit,’ overstated his injuries from the incident and is attempting to exploit her fame and wealth.
The trial is expected to last eight days.
