IDBI Bank ltd, earlier in a regulatory filing on April 26, 2024, informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on May 4, 2024 to consider and approve the audited financial results of the bank for the quarter and year ended march 31, 2024.
“…it is hereby informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of IDBI Bank Ltd. will be held on Saturday, May 04, 2024 inter-alia to- i. consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024…,” said the government-owned bank in the regulatory filing.

The bank might also recommend dividend, if any, for the FY ended March 31, 2024. “…Recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2024,” the bank added in the regulatory filing.

The IDBI Bank has not been consistent in paying dividend to its shareholders. It gave dividend of Rs 1 in 2023.Before that, it distributed a dividend of Rs 0.75 in 2015.
