London’s housing crisis seems to have reached a new low after a wooden shed was advertised online to rent.
Located at the bottom of someone’s garden in Ealing, the shed was available to let at £1,517 a month by Foxtons, as reported by Ealing Nub News.
It was originally listed online but has since been taken down by Rightmove and Foxtons.
Photos posted by @SpottedRightmove on TikTok offer a glimpse of what life could be like living inside the one-bed wooden home.

Pictured: The bedroom area with a bed and window in the ceiling of the shed
Furnished with everything one might find in an ordinary flat, the small kitchen space has a counter top and cupboard, as well as a washing machine and oven.
A fridge, freezer and microwave seem to be stacked on top of each other while pots and pans hang off racks on the walls.
It even has two double windows at the front and a skylight window positioned above the living room area, which is separated from the bedroom by a shelf.
The walls have a chalet-like wooden panelling that matches the floor and the ceiling.
Rather cosy-looking, the bedroom features a bed and a side table with a lamp. There’s also a sky-light window positioned directly above the bed, perfect for stargazing.
The bathroom is kitted out like any other and even has a tiled section on the walls for the shower.
Outside, a path that trails down the garden leads to the bronze-coloured wooden structure and a single light is placed next to the walkway.

However, this wooden abode is not the first of it’s kind in London.
Last month, another shed was listed on OpenRent for £1,400 a month in upmarket Kingston Vale, near Kingston-upon-Thames, south-west London.
It was described as a ‘log cabin’ as well as a ‘flat’ and was advertised as suitable for ‘working professionals’.
MailOnline have approached Foxtons for a comment.
